To stay in integrity I will openly say that my credit is bad, which is from signing on houses for family members and they left me holding the bag.  I lost my own home and business in the housing collapse, but have a growing new business and so i seek to improve our circumstances.

I am married, with 10 children and care for my aged father-in-law.  My children are very well behaved and are homeschooled.  We do not drink, smoke, and have no pets. We would like to have a few animals, such as chickens and even a cow or goat for raising food if the area and our landlord permits and love to grow large gardens.

I am interested in the Bluffdale, Riverton and Lehi areas only.  Personally, I prefer Lehi.  I like the area and it has been good for my children, where they have their friends and we have some family around us.

I require at least 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and prefer a fenced yard for my little ones to be safe. Looking for rent of $1500, but would go to $2000 for the right home and conditions.
